Michael brings nearly a decade of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent management. Prior to joining Professional Search Advisors, Michael held senior recruiting and talent acquisition roles at Aya Healthcare and Robert Half, where he partnered closely with hiring managers to deliver high-impact talent solutions.

At Aya Healthcare, Michael played a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals, and supporting seamless onboarding experiences. Earlier in his career at Robert Half, he served as a Talent Manager, overseeing candidate pipelines, client relationships, and workforce planning initiatives.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marist College and brings a data-driven, relationship-focused approach to recruiting. His experience leveraging recruiting technologies, combined with his ability to assess talent across diverse industries, aligns well with PSA’s commitment to delivering high-quality, consultative search solutions.
