With more than six years of experience in talent acquisition across diverse industries and global markets, Charmelus joins Professional Search Advisors following a tenure at J.S. Held LLC, where they served as Talent Acquisition Specialist. At J.S. Held, Charmelus handled global recruitment efforts for consulting, financial, technical, and technology advisory positions. They successfully recruited senior-level talent, including Managing Directors and Senior VPs, while building pipelines for highly specialized roles in construction, digital forensics, investigative analytics, and more. Their collaborative approach with global leadership and emphasis on process improvement contributed significantly to J.S. Held’s growth across the USA, UK, Canada, EMEA, and India.

Prior to that, Charmelus spent three years at Hill International, Inc. There, they managed end-to-end hiring for corporate, marketing, and construction management roles across major infrastructure projects in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Their experience ranged from high-volume recruitment coordination to strategic sourcing and workforce planning for hard-to-fill technical roles.
