Professional Search Advisors Adds Brenton Surak

Professional Search Advisors Welcomes Brenton Surak 

Philadelphia, Pa. —August 3rd, 2026 — Professional Search Advisors is pleased to announce that Brenton Surak will join the firm as Associate Director, effective August 3, 2026.

Surak brings more than a decade of professional experience spanning talent acquisition, executive search, business development, finance, and accounting. In his new role, he will help Professional Search Advisors expand its recruiting capabilities, strengthen relationships with clients and candidates, and support the continued growth of the firm.

Most recently, Surak served as a Senior Recruiter with Comcast Business, where he managed the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, hiring strategy, compliance, offers, and onboarding. He also partnered with company leadership to develop recruiting strategies across multiple business units.

Before joining Comcast Business, Surak served as Associate Director at Coda Search, where he helped build the firm’s Philadelphia presence and recruited accounting, finance, technology, and enterprise sales professionals nationwide. He previously spent four years with Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Recruiting Manager, consistently generating strong placement revenue while developing new client relationships and recruiting direct-hire accounting and finance professionals.

Earlier in his career, Surak held accounting positions with Willis Towers Watson, Boyer & Ritter and Baker Tilly. This experience provides him with a valuable understanding of the industries and professional disciplines for which he recruits.

Surak earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
