Professional Search Advisors Adds Patrick O’Reilly as Senior Search and Advisory Consultant

September 21, 2026 — Professional Search Advisors (PSA) is pleased to announce that Patrick O’Reilly has joined the firm as Senior Search and Advisory Consultant.

Patrick brings more than four years of staffing and recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. He has worked with companies to identify exceptional professionals across engineering, construction management, project management, estimating, and other specialized disciplines.

Before joining PSA, Patrick served as a Business Development Executive with Winston Staffing and as a Senior Consultant with Harper Harrison, a global recruitment firm. Earlier in his career, he spent more than two years with Aerotek as an Account Manager.

In his new role, Patrick will develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates, execute specialized searches, and support PSA’s expanding recruiting and advisory capabilities. His experience managing the full business-development and recruitment lifecycle will strengthen PSA’s ability to help clients build high-performing teams and address their broader workforce needs.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Oswego, where he also served as president of the university’s Men’s Club Lacrosse program.
